How to setup SMTP for email via AOL mail

Learn how to set up SMTP for AOL Mail, including the host, port, and login details.

SMTP Server Details

• SMTP Server/Host: smtp.aol.com
• SMTP Port: 587

Authentication Information

• SMTP User Name: Your AOL Mail screen name (i.e., the part of your AOL email address before @aol.com).
• SMTP Password: Your AOL Mail password.

Ensure that your AOL account allows third-party applications to use AOL mail through SMTP. Check or modify this setting in your AOL account security settings to prevent login issues.
