How to Set Up SMTP for Email via Yahoo Mail

• SMTP Server/Host: plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com
• SMTP Port: 465 or 587

Authentication Information

• SMTP User Name: Your Yahoo email address (e.g., [e-mail]).
• SMTP Password: Your Yahoo password.

Additional Information

• For standard Yahoo Mail users, the recommended SMTP port is 587, which supports STARTTLS encryption.
• Yahoo Plus users have the option to use either port 465 with SSL or port 587 with STARTTLS, depending on their email client’s capabilities.
